Earthy roasted Brussels Sprouts spiced up with Sriracha is my new favorite small plate!

I even toned the spice down for the boys to enjoy.

Hard to believe I wouldn’t eat this delicious veggie as a kid …

{ my pantry favorite Sriracha Sauce }

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Sriracha
  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts - washed, trimmed and halved
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Srirachi to taste ( I used 1 teaspoon for 1 pound )
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Coat the cut Brussels Sprouts with olive oil.
  3. Add Srirachi to your desired heat level (a little goes a long way).
  4. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  5. Toss well to combine ingredients.
  6. Place on a sheet pan.
  7. Roast for 20 minutes - remove from oven turn Brussels Sprouts over on the pan and roast for another 10 minutes, until tender.
  8. Allow to cool and enjoy.
